2 ripe bananas
1 cup oatmeal
1,5 cups (vegan) milk
0,5 cup flour
0,5 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
Mix all the ingredients with a (hand) blender. Put some butter and some of the mixture in a frying pan and fry small pancakes on medium heat. Eat with berries, marmalade or vanilla ice.
